IF YOU ARE COMING TO BRISBANE DOMESTIC AIRPORT, exit domestic terminal via skywalk following the sings for Bus Zone. Then make your way to the Ground floor of Bus zone and wait in the areas A and B and our shuttle will collect you. IF YOU ARE COMING TO BRISBANE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, exit at Coach Departures door. Follow ramp to main Coach and Shuttle bus area BAYS 3 and 4 where our shuttle will collect you.

The excess increases to FULL DAMAGE AMOUNT in the case of negligence. The excess can be reduced in case you purchase CDW+ insurance for additional price of 30.00 AUD / 40.00 AUD. Customer is still responsible for all damages on the vehicle. The excess can be reduced to zero if you choose to purchase SCDW insurance for the additional price of 45.00 AUD / 65.00 AUD.

Applicable One Way Fee`s will apply if returning a vehicle to a different location.

Fee for processing damage claims is charged upon drop off in case of new damage on the vehicle in the amount of 350.00 AUD.

There is a 59 minute grace period for daily rentals. If the vehicle is returned later then 1 hour from the time it was rented, additional charges will apply.
